Are your products really all natural?

Yes. You will never find artificial fragrance, toxic colors, or unnatural chemicals in our products. Our scents come from essential oils, so they are light and never overpowering, and our soap colors come from plant-based ingredients and clays, which is why our soaps are earth tones.

Where are your products made?

Every product is handcrafted in small batches in Nixa, Missouri. Many of the herbs we use are grown right here on our family farm — without pesticides or herbicides.

Why does my soap / balm look slightly different from last time?

Because everything is made by hand in small batches, colors and textures can vary a little from batch to batch, and hand-cut soaps can vary slightly in weight. That's the nature of a truly handmade product.

How long will my order take, and what does shipping cost?

Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is complete. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout — and orders of $75 or more ship free.

How do I get the free soap bar?

Spend $45 or more and a free soap bar is added automatically at checkout. No code is needed.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes. Pickup is available at 1792 South Nicholas Road, Nixa, MO 65714 and is usually ready within 24 hours.

What is your return policy?

Because our products are personal care products, we do not accept returns and all sales are final once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at earthmadenaturals7@gmail.com or 812-630-4804 and we will make it right.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Shop Pay Installments is available on orders over $35.

Our herbal products are made with time-honored botanicals. This information has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and are offered for educational purposes only. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking medication, please talk with your healthcare provider before use.
